PHOTOGRAPHY & IMAGE RIGHTS

  • All images captured during your session are the intellectual property of YAAR VIZION PHOTOGRAPHY. Clients receive a personal use license for images included in their purchased gallery. Images may be used for portfolio, website, or social media purposes by YAAR VIZION PHOTOGRAPHY unless a written opt-out is agreed upon prior to the session.

BOUDOIR & SENSITIVE SESSIONS

  • Boudoir and intimate session images are treated with the highest level of confidentiality. These images will never be shared publicly without your explicit written consent.

DATA SECURITY

  • We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. Online galleries are delivered through password-protected platforms and expire after a set period.
