BOOKING & DEPOSIT
All sessions require a non-refundable deposit of 40% to secure your date. Your session date is not confirmed until the deposit is received and a contract is signed. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the session.
RESCHEDULING POLICYClients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations are non-refundable.
IMAGE DELIVERY
Edited galleries are delivered within 2–3 weeks of the session date via a private online gallery. Rush editing may be available at an additional fee. YAAR VIZION PHOTOGRAPHY retains the right to cull and select final images based on professional judgment..
LIABILITY
YAAR VIZION PHOTOGRAPHY is not liable for circumstances beyond our control (weather, venue restrictions, technical failure). In the unlikely event of equipment failure, liability is limited to a re-shoot or partial refund at our discretion. We are not responsible for injuries sustained during a session due to client-directed actions.
CLIENT CONDUCT
YAAR VIZION PHOTOGRAPHY reserves the right to end any session immediately if a client engages in unsafe, threatening, or inappropriate behavior. No refund will be issued in such cases.
AGREEMENT
By submitting a booking inquiry and paying a deposit, you agree to these terms. A formal contract will be provided prior to your session date.
